WHat is toyota after? I dont get it...sometimes they go performance, sometimes they go economical... I thought w/ scions and priuses toyota's future is heading toward the more economical and conscientious.... all of a sudden lexus is going to have 300+ HP and Supra is coming out... I mean...right now, there's not much performance venue out there where toyota is always king. (I thought they're after F1 now?), but Mazda already won lemans once...not toyota...and wrx/evo rules the WRC... D1 is practically GTO/skyline/evo dominated... Why the hell did they even bother doing scions or priuses in the first place? It slike...toyota wanted to be everything and everywhere at the same time... This is against business/war strategy principle! "When one direction is reinforced then the other end is weakened; when all directions are reinforced, then everywhere is weak!"

toyota needs a sports car. their sales will go up. they cant do any worse if they add another car. its funny they brag about having 5 suvs but no fast cars. they are a bunch of corporate big shjots out to make money. where is the heart and soul of what used to be toyota. the racing heritage.

i've seen toyota is coming out w/ a new hatch...corolla compressor or something like that thats supposed to have pretty decent specs. personally, i don't like it. it looks kinda like a mazda 3 made into a 3-door. the mini-wagon hatch really doesnt do it for me. i really wish they hadn't decided the celica and scion tc compete too much to keep both in production...well more that they kept the celica and never made that boat

Btw if you didnt know toyota actually holds the most WRC victories still, and they havent competed scinec the mid 90's... the celica all track won something like 12 consectutive victories, no one has come close to touching that, not even the evo or sti

STis and Evos aren't the kings of WRC btw the French are the leaders in the manufacturing class. Toyota has their roots now in F1. And they are making money heading to the top of their game.

oh BTW, which all-trac was "caught" cheating??? bc I mean... 3 generations of alltracs won almost 40 WRC rallies and 2 champ by carlos sainz... Regardless the recent "cheating" incident (where they're not winning anymore and often used the Corrolla), all of the previous wins are legit.
The french are the WRC kings now w/ Citroen and 206s? I guess its only a matter of who's driving... C-Sainz was driving for Citroen last year right?
I think toyota just wanted to just sell a lot. Its suddenly expanding demography enables the poor and the rich, the sane aaand insane driver, everyone... to want to own a toyota. F1~~Lexus~~Scion B~~Prius??? aww cmon man, they just want to make $ and take over the world right now....
