running lights, cutting out while driving!

my running lights are cutting out while im driving. i even got pulled over cuz of it.

my dash lights and headlights stay on, and my break lights still work. and in order to get the running lights back on, i need to turn off the car, then when i turn it back on, they are all good...

the only ideas that come to mind are i just had an alarm installed, which flashes my running lights (corner lights and back lights) when i activate/deactivate it... im gonna take the car back to the shop for a double check, but any one else ever had this problem. or any ideas on what to check? i know the douche bags will say their work is fine...

Dan

sounds like a short to ground somewhere. or a relay, do you hear a clicking at all when this happens?

Re: running lights, cutting out while driving!

your gonna have to trace the entire ground wire back till you find where the short is. if you do a search for "online shop manual" or something of the sort, in the 4th gen section on www.honda-tech.com, theres a link for a site that has the complete honda.uk manual, and its free to download.
