88 z24 digital dash tach
My 88 has developed a problem with the tach. Its a digital dash but has an analog tach-- the indicator reads about 2500 rpm high. when the engine is off, it reads 2500 instead of zero.
My question is---anyone having experience with fixing this problem? Whats the best way or only way to fix it?? thanks,,,,,,, |

I hope to find out myself. I'm new here, so bear with me. I have a 87 z24 with the same digital dash/analog tach. My tach exhitits these symptoms: tach show reading 1000 rpms when off, when started, indicator rises and then falls below the readout screen. If anyone out there has any assistance for us, ie: solutions or replacements, please help us. Whip |
