Wink Window Problems (1998) Saturn 2 door

My window is completely offtrack somehow. First of all, how do you get the door apart? Secondly, how do you get the window back on track for good? The motor is in perfect condition, I don't know what happened to the window. Please help.

Thank You in advance.

Re: Window Problems (1998) Saturn 2 door

remove the outer door panel to gain access to the regulator. the black plastic guide has probably broken that holds the window in the track

ok first pop the mirror cover off. its held on by clips. next remove the screws, one at bottom, 2 on bottom of handle and one behind door lever. now im sure you have power door locks, so pry at the top of the switch. most have a notch at the top and unplug connector. now you should be able to access the clip that holds the rod on the door lever, you need to pull the entire cup out a bit in order to pop the clip off. its just a plastic piece that rotates and clips onto the rod, i think its white. now just lift up on the door panel to get the upper lip of the panel off the door. do not pull out on it, just lift up till its come loose.
