Car is Voyager minivan, 1990 4 cyl model.
I'm thinking that this sensor is stuck believing it's cold even when the engine is warm, resulting in flooding. Opinions appreciated. |

Are there two temperature sensors on this engine ? One to trigger electric cooling fan, and the other to fee the computer ? If yes, where is each of them located ? Thanks ! |

Your IAT (input air temperature) sensor is located in the air filter box.

The cooling fan temperature sensor is usually put where the thermostat is or at the base of the radiator.
Chrysler uses two types of temp sensors - one has one wire in the connector and is for any temperature gauge you may have. The other has two wires and is for your cooling fans control. |
