Removing power steering speed sensor
I'm working on replacing the clutch and flywheel on my 92 Integra and I'm going through the Helms for guidance. I'm on the part where it says to "Remove power steering speed sensor, but leave its hoses connected." I have removed the bolt that holds it in place but am having a hell-u-va hard time actually removing the part. Anyone have any tips on how to get that part off? Do I just muscle up and yank on it or is there anything else I can do so that I do not mess anything up.

i'm confused as to what you are actually trying to remove? power steering speed sensor?
If you mean the cable that goes to the speedo from the speed sensor on the tranny, just slide the boot up, unclip it, and the cable will pop out of the speed sensor.

ok yeah thats what I thought you meant. Like I said you can just pop the cable out of the speed sensor. its much easier. I do it every winter and pull the cable out of its case to lube it up good. Damn DAs and squeaky speedo cables haha.
