97 explorer codes: 1824, 1359, & 1405

explorer has extreme high whine when foot is taken off gas pedal-check engine light codes are: 1824, 1359 & 1405. Also, sometimes won't go in reverse unless in 4x4 low gear. Any help appreciated. TIA.

P1824 = 4WD Electric Clutch Relay Circuit Failure

B1359 = Ignition RUN/ACC Circuit Failure

B1405 = Power Window LF Down Short Circuit to Battery

thanks for the quick response-it must be the clutch relay that is making the noise.
