01 Suburban heated seat, lock and roof temp control problems

01 Suburban with 49k. I drove for 40k with no problems, put it with a used car dealer freind for consignment and get a call 2 weeks later that controls for the rear heat/ac aren't working as well as both the heated seats. This one has a sunroof, so the only rear controls are in the front overhead panel. When I picked it up to bring home I also noticed that the power locks were not functioning. Salesman says that they had not noticed that. Maybe it is a related issue, maybe not. I have it back at home to try to diagnose/repair. All of the relays (that I am privvy to) are operational, I can feel them opening when I press the door lock button or the RKE- simply no action to the actuators. Fuses all checked good for everything related to any of the three issues and I even swapped relays around (same numbers only of course) in hopes of isolating a bad one(s). Hoping that my two or three issues are connected since they seem to have appeared simultaniously. Any ideas for other things to check? Does anyone know what the relay and fuse on the RH side of the dash is? The access panel is identical to the LH side, but is mostly a wiring block with just the one fuse and one relay- no mention of it in the owners manual. Thanks in advance

Re: 01 Suburban heated seat, lock and roof temp control problems

Forgot to mention that the locks did work for a short period after I reseated several fuses and relays in the LH Dash fuse panel. They stopped working again sometime as I continued checking fuses and relays for the other two issues.

I am also suprised that the 2 15a fuses in this panel marked for "Lock" and "Unlock" never show any power under normal condition or when I operated the driver door lock switch or the RKE. This does not seem normal to me. Shouldn't there be 12v through these under some condition of the lock and/or unlock process, even if it's not constant? Can anyone tell me whether these should have constant 12v or the variable that it is subject to?
