your take

K, so I'm sure this thread's not gonna be as exciting as the caddy one, but I just wanted to see what some of you all would have done.
Here's the situation:
I'm looking at getting rims and tires for my car, particularly the motegi mr7 model. Not really interested in your taste or take on that style but what happened was, I found a small place close to where i go to school and he was going to sell me the entire set (16's), plus two fuzion hri tires with "25"miles on them, plus two brand new fuzion hri's for 650. That included tuner lugs, mounting, centering, balancing, etc... yet when I asked him if it included centering rings he asked "what the hell is a centering ring?" So that kinda put up a red flag since my usual mechanic told me to make sure the package included "everything." After this, I talked to another shop that came highly recommended from my mechanic. He gave me a price for the exact same set, except different tires (i forgot the brand name) and it was 799+tax. However, the service and quality of installation and such comes highly recommended. At both shops, the wheels are in brand new condition (with the exception of the first shop's two tires). So my question is which way would any of you have gone? Highly recommended service and parts for more? or cheaper price with possibly decent service?
Also, with the second shop, he priced the rims with toyo proxes4 at around 900. Should i have taken that?
