Re: 2001 gt or gtp?

thanks for the help.i will be getting a gtp thanks to the info you all have provided. im a bit dissapointed with the 1/4 times and insurance, but im still going to go gtp. i was going to ask about swapping my gn parts onto a gtp, but it appears to be more work than its worth.its strange that the gtp and gn have almost the same motor, but cant swap out parts. i would love to put my turbo intercooler setup on the gtp, but i noticed the crossover pipe downpipe up pipe and maf pipe wont mount up since the gtp motor is installed sideways. what kind of exaust can i get for the gtp that will be free flowing but not sound like a silly import? i plan on gutting the cat off the bat, right after inspection. can i run mid grade fuel if i put my gn's 42.5lbs/hr injectors in? what is the flow on stock gtp injectors? will the motor still knock with a 160 F thermostat @ stock boost levels on midgrade and 42.5 injectors? i need reliability, but want quicker than 15.00et. help ( :

www.zzperformance.com

Just put a turbo on the gt/gtp. Or just slap on a 3.4 pulley and have a car thats reliable.

This girl never goes over the speed limit. Won't race. I think she bought it, cause as she said, "it's pretty". I was hoping that someone got it that what finish the small stuff. Oh well, it's hers.

If she is pretty then they should make a good combo.

As long as she is happy with it and you got the $dinero$ you were looking for is all that matters.

Well the car is pretty. But, she is very nice. But it would have been great if someone bought it that would finish it.
