Accord 98 -02 Tranmission bolt/plug

i have an accord 01 ex . i wana change the tranmission fluid but i couldnt locate the bolt/plug. Can you guy help me?

Also how often do we change the sparkplug wire?

there is a drain plug that accepts a 3/8 drive ratchet head. Its on the bottum side of the trans case. Its on the half of the case closer to the wheel. Now depending on if this is an auto or manual the fill is in different spots.
