help wiring a CD player in '91 plymouth voyager

Ok, I have this '91 plymouth voyager and I'm trying to install a CD player, the problem is the wire colors don't match up.

Car colors:
blue/orange
light blue/black
violet
green
white/blue
yellow/grey
green/red
pink
red/white
orange/white
black/yellow
blue/red
grey/red
black

CD player colors:
red
yellow
blue
black
green
green/black
white
white/black
grey
grey/black
violet
violet/black

The CD player colors are straight forward, but I just need to know where to connect them on the van, and unfortunately the owner's manual doesn't have a color code in it. Help is much appreciated.

The best thing to do is go by walmart or a car stereo store and get what they call a adaptor harness, you wire the radio to the
harness and it [the harness] plugs into the factory harness one way

Ah thank you! I knew I was forgetting something. Made my day a whole lot easier.
