Probably has been asked before, I have a 99 Cam LE and my local forum laughed me out. Is is possable to do a 1JZGTTE supra RWD convertion to my car? I know it sounds stupid but I want my car to eat rice for breakfast lunch and dinner, sleeper style. Just looking to see if anyone else tryed it and had luck, time, labor and cash are no issue.

I'd laff at you but I'm not that mean.
1) Anything is possible with enough money 2) You're talking 15-20 grand in modifications 3) With 15 grand you can mod in the AWD Camry/Sceptor drivetrain from Japan. 4) If you ditch the rwd idea & decide to stay transverse All Toyota I6 / V8 & larger (v12) engines are too long. My suggest is buy another car, or do a custom turbo, or multi-charged TRD Supercharger on a v6. Then you get into the fact that buying a new car with a v6 would be cheaper (Eventually stepping up to an ES 300 would be cheaper) It's not impossible, but until you ditch that for a v6, or replace every stock part in the bottom end, most rice is going to be faster than you.

Re: engine swap
Try swapping in a 3sgte from a 3rd gen Celica alltrac or turbo MR2. The 3sgte is can hit 265hp easy with the right set up. Check out toysport.com for more info. Toysport has already done a 3sgte Camry.
