1995 Monte Carlo Anti theft system reset
I was working on a 95 Monte Carlo. The work is completed, but the car won't start. The "security" indicator on the instrument panel flashes continuously. I did not know it had a security system. What can I do to retrive the security code? and, how do I reset the system?
