95 Caravan Coolant Problems

Well my Caravan has got my dazed and confused.

I purchased this Caravan used for a really good price and since then I am having troubles figuring out why my rad fan seems to take forever to kick on and where some coolant is disappearing to.

Basically I have changed the T-stat, coolant sensor, coolant switch, new HI/Low rad fan relays. And still it seems forever for the rad fan to kick on unless I have it on Defrost or am running the AC.

On top of that I seem to be losing coolant somewhere but yet dont know where I am losing it at. I dont have any white smoke coming off the tail pipe. Nor do I have a cholately color in my oil dipstick. When the vehicle is parked I dont see any kind of coolant puddles, or notice and leaks/cracks from the upper or lower rad hoses. But yet I seem to have to replace coolant in the resevoir every so often.

And on a side note the heat in the van will sometimes go from hot to cold then back to hot then back to cold and continue to do that sometimes but not all the times.

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.

Figured maybe some of you could help me realize how Harry Caravan-dini is making this coolant disappear.
Do you have the 3.0? I know on that engine there is a pipe that runs underneath the intake that has been known to rust and leak, also where it plugs into the back of the water pump, there is just an O ring there, that could leak a little, and it would not end up in the oil, would just evaporate and you wouldnt see anything leaking.
