read on old thread our speakers were on 2-ohms?
i read in some old thread that our speakers ran off 2-ohms (btw, i'm talking about the premium sound package that brings the infinity sound system with factory amp under the seat). i read about that 2 ohms thing on a thread talking about replacing the center channel speaker and someone said you had to find a 3.5" 2-ohm cuz a 4-ohm would sound like shit....wtf? those type of speakers don't exist anywhere i know. is it the same for all the speakers?

I belive the stock speakers in the premium package are around 6 ohm. The ohms of the speakers only shows the resistance to power going through them. A lower ohm speaker with sound better cause it lets more power go through them but can be harder on the amp cause it has to work harder. I got all the speakers replaced w/ the premium setup with all 4 ohm speakers. No problems and it sounds 10x better.

I replaced all mine with 4 ohm speakers and put a 200w RMS 4 channel amp on them and it sounds so much better then the factory setup
