My 3.8l grand caraven with 145,000 miles dies while driving but you can restart it before it stops rolling almost every time. Usually does it after driving a while, shutting off the engine, then driving again it dies in motion. Have replaced the crank position sensor and both o2 sensors.....no fix. Service engine light is on and nobody can keep it off. Any ideas on how to fix this apparently hard to diagnose problem ??
Thanks. |

Re: dies while driving
I would start with the service engine light.
Get it on a good engine capable scanner and check it out. Post back codes no. MT
