Timing belt/water pump installation - What did i do wrong?

I just replaced my water pump and timing belt on my 96 Ford Contour. The car ran fine before the installation but now when I go to start the car, the car runs for 2 seconds and dies. I can't figure out what I missed. Any ideas?

Sounds like your timing is out. You will have to redo it.
The cam locking tool from Ford works well.
Be careful!
