Please Help With electronics 93 c1500 sub.

ok so heres the deal, blinker works fine when turning left when right turn signal in activated it flashes the left and right side bulbs the right side bulds are getting more power then the left cause it is brighter, when left signal is on it also flashs the illuminator light on my guages in rythem with lights, when my head lights are on the left blinker works fine, but the right become solid and the blinker relay clicks fast enough to hear as a constant buzz almost. does any body have any suggestions also mobil 1 replaced the switch in the steering.
