96 350 Wagon, Lot of Flux on Cap & Rotor, Fails way too soon

Hi guys, long time reading, first time posting. I've did a bit of searching for similar symptoms and actually got her back up and running based on what I read before. My issue here is, she keeps on doing the same thing over and over. If I drop a new cap and rotor on there, runs like a dream for about 4 - 6 months. Then she starts to hard start and bog during accel. I've noticed something wierd with this though. I've changed all the normal culprits, plugs, plug wires, cap & rotor (already mentioned that), got a new fuel pump, new ICM, new ECM, new Coil, new Camshaft Position Sensor (AKA Pickup Coil). As you can see, I've changed almost the whole frickin ignition system and she just keeps on doing the same thing. I change the cap & rotor and she'll be happy for a few months. What I did notice that is real wierd is each time I change the cap and rotor, the points have an buttload of flux on them. Looks bad enough to be getting an arc, which is probably what's makin her stutter. What I wanna know is if someone has any idea why my cap would be getting flux that bad after not even 6 months and 10k at the most. I've got half a mind to just put an MSD capacitive discharge on there and just throw so much amperage at it, it won't matter.

Any thoughts or ideas as to what might be causing that would be appreciated cuz I'd rather avoid spending that $400 if I can...
