where is the flasher relay

My right blinker is flash twice as fast as normal. Autozone sold me a flasher and I have been trying to find where the darn thing is to replace it. Any Suggestions? 2000 Chevy Venture

My owner's manual says if the blinker indicator (arrow) flashes at a higher than normal rate, it could indicate that one of the bulbs is burned out. Have you checked all your bulbs?

Otherwise, my manual says it is: "Below the Instrument Panel (IP), above the base of the steering column, left side of the steering column"

Take Care,

Re: Re: where is the flasher relay

Thanks for the reply,

I've looked all around the steering column and below the instrument panel. I can't see any thing that looks similar to this relay. I also checked the bulbs and everything looks OK. Any suggestions?
