wet 99 ford taurus

Hello My 99 Ford Taurus 3litre.24valve has been soaked in a parking lot...I changed the oil but it now has a new rattle...it has 58 000 miles...any ideas how to quiet it down or what is possibly making the rattle anyone have any ideas or options for me...????it seems to run perfectly aside from the annoying tick tick tick...
