Turn on the parking lights then pull the turn signal stalk so the high beams come on causing the headlights to pop up then release the stalk, the headlights should stay up. There is a black plastic liner that attatches to the sides of the door, around the headlight, and blocking off the bottom of the door area, remove all the screws holding this on then remove the plastic, there will be a stamped metal ring surrounding the headlamp, remove the 4 screws holding on the ring and remove, the headlamp will now be replacable. Reverse the instructions to put it all back together.
