1994 buick pa ultra supercharged - no heat

blower is working but air is luke warm, not getting hot. What could be the problem?

Does engine get up to normal operating temp (180 deg)?

actually it has dual heating zones and only the driver's side is working.

Does the passanger side control still light up and appear to function when prompted to do so? It could be this little actuator located behind the glove box.
