98 bonneville electrical problems

I have a 98 pontiac bonneville that is completely loaded. I have all kinds of electrical problems. the radio display will every once in a while go from bright to dull, the radio channel display will not read right and show some messed up number, the touring ride and performance ride lights will not go off, the oil pressure reads low, and i had a code p1671 driver 4 line 1 dont know what to do from there. any ideas i would appreciate.
