Re: My heat doesnt work

sounds like it would either be a total coincidence or a blown fuse. probably the former...

When you say your heat doesnt work what does that mean???

Does the blower work but no heat coming out???

Do you turn on the blower and it does nothing???

If the blower works and you have no heat check undr the dash on the passenger side and see if the arm that controls the blend door fell off. Just reattach it and clip it in. It will fall off again.

If the blower doesnt work at all. Open the hood and with the key in the on position, rap on the engine compartment fuse box, if you hear the blower start running, you have a melted connection in the fuse box wiring and more than likely the fuse box is melted also.

When you remove the fuse box and turn it over you can remove the junction box connectors, one will be burned and black in the connector. If this is the case the blower is pulling to much amperage and caused the melt down.

This is going to be an expensive fix, if it is done correctly.
