Unplugging a TCC?
first off, why would you do this? is this when their is a problem with the TCC and its to preven the vechile from stalling?
the problem is with a 92' Cavalier 4 cylinder at exactly 60km/h and higher, when you release the gas, it feels like the car has been put into a lower gear. The car feels like it is being held back, doesnt feel like its "crusiing" properly... and the other day driving at highway speeds, the car just shut off....and later started back up no problem... a bad TCC? whats the point of unplugging the TCC? thanks

Unplugging the connector will prevent these from happening, but it doesn't fix the problem. It sounds like your problem is something else.
