where to locate Shift Cable and Neutrual Switch (corolla)

99 Corolla.

Recently, my car sometimes can not start at "P". When it happened, the
shifter was locked as well (can not move the shifter). By research on
Internet, it seems I have to either adjust shift cable or check
neutrual switch.

Please advise me where I can locate them.

P.S.
Temp solution is as soon as I can move the shifter, my car is able to
start.
