Before you get it fixed - University Chrysler Columbia MO
So I hit a deer, bad enough in itself, and the 5 star rated place i took my car to was University Chrysler of Columbia MO, BAD CHOICE, not only did they hold my car for nearly enough "waiting on parts" but they also botched everything they did and it has been back there 4 times and still isn't fixed. The people that work there are absolute morons, I showed them something that they did wrong and the tech guy said "well it looked good to me!"...
The Managers running things over there are morons as well, they didn't seem to know enough to take car of things the first time in a timely manner as well as check on their workers to make sure the job is done right the first time. They have told me now that they do not kno what to do and why the bumper isn't lining up or the hood for that matter and are going to have the insurance guys come out and take a look at it. Well Screw them all, they are going to do it right and I will petition against them being on my insurance company's preferred list, as well as get their 5 star rating taken away.

Stay with it, no reason for this crap. Pay $30K for a new car and it should be put back at least as good as it was before Bambi jumped out there. Good thing about living in our small town, we know who's competent and who the bums are.
