purge valve - P1443

Hi everyone,

How difficult/easy (very relative stuff) is it to open the evap canister to replace, clean the valve?

How much would it cost (a new valve or the whole thing).

I'm not so knowledgeable regarding this issue.

I think the purge valve is located in the vacuum line that runs from the cannister to engine. Brass colored solenoid with two wires coming out of it. I don't believe there is anything in the cannister that can be serviced.
