Exploded Diagram of Geo Metro Throttle Body Anywhere?

Since no on has bothered to answer my Thread titled:

"Can't change Idle on Throttle Body"

I would like to ask if anyone has seen a link or web site that
has an exploded diagram of the Geo Metro's Throttle Body.

I would like to know how the "Idle Adjust Screw" works....

Mine does not! It does SQUAT! NADA. ZIP. NICHTS.

Re: Exploded Diagram of Geo Metro Throttle Body Anywhere?

My Chilton Manual has a half-assed exploded diagram of the
85-2,000 Geo Metro's Throttle Body.

Click on this link to see what it has...

As you can see, there is nothing showing where the idle screw is going.

If someone has a better Exploded Diagram of the "Lower Body",
or number 11 on this diagram, please let me know where I can view it.

I suppose the screw just holds the #10 throttle valve more open
so as to feed more fuel and up the idle.... No?

Here is the other "exploded diagram" in the manual. Not much on
what the idle screw does....

#11 is a rubber plug that cover the passage that the idle screw is behind. remove the plug and use a small screwdriver to turn it

The idle circuit is nothing more than an air passage that bypasses the butterfly valve. The idle adjustment screw does nothing more than adjust the amount of air flowing through the by-pass circuit. If you turn your idle screw clock wise and there is no change in RPM's then you have a severe air leak somewhere. Most leaks are caused by a failed high idle solenoid, which is another throttle by-pass in itself. I removed mine and plugged the little hose ports on the throttle body with caps. After that I could adjust the idle perfectly.

Where is the 'High Idle Solenoid" located and what does it look like?

I am trying to take pictures of my TB and will put it here soon.

Where is the 'High Idle Solenoid" located and what does it look like?

Indicate by giving a "map reference" like I-2 or some such....

Thanks......
