Fuel pump ground..
There was part of a recent post on this with a 95. Tsb and a re-call and patch with fuse was offerred.
Was this only on 95's?..I waz thinkin' sure wouldn't hurt and be real simple to add another ground or the patch with fuse.

The service program was for certain 1991-1994 model escort and tracer.
Program # 94B55 here in Canada. It came out in December 1994. I checked my old receipts and the part # was F4CZ-14406-A. I hope this helps.
