Where is 97 Civic PVC?

I bought the PVC, but I don't see any thing under the hood look like it.

It's tucked down on the intake manifold, btw it's a PCV valve.

Found it

Found it, but can't reach it. How the hell do I get to it? Why Honda hide the PVC is such hard to get area? Can any one tell the easy way to remove and replace the 97 PVC?

Engineers dont use common sense when designing cars. I use long 90 degree needle nose pliers.

PCV
Positive Crankcase Ventalation Valve
not PVC!!!!!!!!
