Unhappy 92 Bonneville Keyless Entry Problems

92 Bonneville Sse Keyless Entry Not Working.
Changed Batteries, Checked Fuses & Relays.
Has Not Worked Since Car Was Bought.

Stero Controls On Steering Also Not Working.

Any Suggestions.

If you have the owners manual, follow the proceedure for re-syncronizing the remote(s). If that doesn't work, try re-prgramming them. I believe the steering wheel controls are un-related, and may be a problem with the wiring harness in the steering wheel.

TRIED TO RE-SYNC. DID NOT WORK.
DONT KNOW HOW TO RE PROGRAM ON THIS MODLE CAR.
I KNOW HOW TO DO IT ON OBD TO BUT NOT ON OBD1.
I THINK IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE TAN WIRES ON DLC.
BUT NOT SURE EXACTLY WITCH WIRES TO JUMP.
I KNOW SEQUNCEING AFTER JUMPING.
