(not every ass but enough) if you got the muffler you wanted then hey, thats great. but don't be suprised when people who have tried several different mufflers/exhaust will give their opinion. this is an opinion/fact based website. we all know the saying so i'll save someone the trouble for repeating it.

so back to your main question, a cutout will help you if you keep the flowmaster or you can change to a different muffler (magnaflow) and save yourself the hassle of having to open it and close it. unless you go big dollar and buy a qtp electric cutout which will fall apart on you in less than 6 months. so once again, were here to help you. we have done it. am i an expert on these trucks? you bet your ass i am.
Thats the kind of advise I was looking for, to the point and suggestions on what to do not judgment and condemnation for what I've done. Thanks.

Yep I do agree true duel is the way to go but our laws here in Maine are very strict which would mean along with the true duel setup I would have to spring for 1 if not 2 new cats.

Break it down.....
1. You directly insult ME not a part on my truck.

2. Your feeble attempt at ripping my setup

3. You totally misunderstood the post about "make fun of his job, just not his muffler". I thought it kinda funny someone took a little stab at your user title(which obviously has something to do with your lively hood...either past or present). You laughed it off with a snazzy one liner of your own. But I make reference to a flowmaster as a chokemaster, and you get alittle sand in your vagina and start insulting me. Anyway, dude, I'm done with this one. Just PM me if you want to discuss this any further, but as far as I'm concerned....nevermind, not even worth the effort.

BTW....have your local "speed shop" give me a call before they recommend any more crappy parts to either you or any of their other customers. If you want "sound" the flowmaster is for you. If you want performance (aka:what a speed shop should be selling) leave the flowmaster on the shelf.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree on who said what why and when and what they actually meant when it was said. Either way your done and I guess that means I'm done.
