When should i change my timing belt ?

Got a 96 v4 avenger with 83k miles on it.. im wondering when i should change the belt. thanks

I WOULD HAVE ALREADY CHANGED IT. BUT I THINK THEY RECOMMEND CHANGING IT BETWEEN 60K AND 100K. FOR 20.00 AND 2 HRS OF YOUR TIME, IT KIND OF A NO BRAINER. GOOD LUCK

no timing belts cost about $50.. and i dont know if i can do it since its such a pain in the ass to work on.
