2000 GMC 2500 clicking noise from front end

Hello...

I cannot figure out what this small knocking sound is. It seems to be coming from something in the steering column because sometimes when I turn the wheel I hear it. It also seems like if I slightly move my steering wheel quickly from left to right, I can also make it happen. The funny thing is that when I start to accelerate, sometimes i hear the same noise. It alsmost feels like as the truck shifts its weight to the bed, during acceleration, that I can hear it happen, even if the wheel is not turning and pointed straight. It feels like as the weight transfer in the truck during acceleration happens, something is kind of stretching in the front right and making the knocking/ stretching sound. I have access to a shop and do all work and maintenence on my truck myself and cannot figure this out. I have inspected the steering column and looked at all the boots, axles, R &P, etc. Everything looks cool with those parts. I cannot figure it out. Please help me. Thanks
