Any tips on replacing broken 1999 cupholder???

Hello there:

I've been looking for info or tips on how to replace a broken cupholder on my 1999 grand prix with no luck on google. Has anyboby in here done it? Already bought a new replacement, and don't want to damage anything on the console.
