Cedega (formerly WineX)... http://www.transgaming.com/ Is an implementation of the Microsoft Direct X API (application programming interface), and allows you to play many (if not all with enough configuring) Windows games thru Linux/*NIX...

So far Ive played Doom III, Warcraft III, Diablo II, Star Wars Republic Commando, and more on Linux thru Cedega... Believe it or not, they actually play much more smoothly than on Windows... With few problems, mostly with sound, what can I say the Linux developers still have some work in that area, either way, its rare... And if a game dosnt play, I simply boot into Windows (I do have a Windows XP install)...

But the only thing I use Windows for now is to extract pictures from my digital camera... I dont feel like configuring the cam to work on my linux kernel... Turns into a headache every time I try... And my Microsoft Money... Which can easily be replaced, when I have the time to convert all my finances to GNUCash or something similar for Linux.. Probably wait till the first of the year tho... And start from scratch...

And another platform alot of people hate on, yet know very little about it...

(BTW not trying to start an argument here, just trying to inform and put some of these myths about Linux to rest)

Re: blue screen of death

Depends....

OBD0 == Turbo Edit & Ghetto Dyne

OBD1 == Uberdata and Crome

But youll need more than a program... Youll need a chipped ECU and a ROM chip burner...
