99 caravan can't use auto door openers

Hi,
When I try unlocking the doors to my van with both the remote door opener and the ones in the car all I get is a clicking noise. I figure it's probably a fuse however I can't figure out how to where the fuse for this is located in the van. I don't have a lot of money and would like to fix it myself if possible.

The only way to unlock the doors is manually. I hear a clicking noise when I press the auto door lock buttons but that's about it.
