i have no compression in my big block 454

I Have A Problem With My Compression All Cylinders Are At 0 To Start I Have A 1990 454ss Silverado It Spun A Bearing So I Decided To Have The Motor Rebuilt So I Put New Crank,new Bearrings,new Timing Chain,new Oil Pump,newcam And Lifters,new Rings,new Push Rods, And A Valeve Job On The Heads, And I Had A Mechanic Put The Motor In And It Woulnt Start So He Checked The Compression And Nothing So Now I Dont Know Ho To Blame If The Guy That Rebuilt It Or The Mechanic So If Any One Has Any Idea What It Could Be Please Let Me Know Thanks

First thing to check is to see if the valves are adjusted too tight. If either valve does not close, then you will not have any compression.

I would bet that 2000CAYukon is right, check the valve adjustment
