low beams
I have a 96 probe SE and both low beams are out and i cant figure out how to get to the bulbs to replace them.

the bulb is a hi/low sealed light its one of those old style set ups

replace the bulb! voolah, lights!
It's easy to change the bulb's, first pick up the right part (you get the whole housing, not just a bulb, go to walmart or some auto part store and they can get it for you) Turn headlights, so they flip up remove the plastic cover then the headlight is held in (i beleive) by a metal housing, simply unscrew that, remove the light, and disconect the electrical connector. plug in new light and reasemble! don't mess w/ the adjusting screws, otherwise you will have to reajust the angle of your headlight (which isn't hard... but) it's easy as cake. gl to you -Tom |
