1947 chevy stylemaster
I am in the process of installing a V-8 into a 1947 chevy
stylemaster and would like to put an automatic transmission with it. what would work best, a short tailshaft or a long tailshaft 350 turbo??? |

Whatever fits you chassis/driveline requirements best, they are the same units.

I had the body taken off the frame and installed on a Caprice frame and drive train. I got a V8 and probably a 350 turbo auto. Also a newer suspension That came with the Caprice.
