1993 Toyota Camry Idle goes up & down
I cleaned my EGR valve and reinstalled it. The car ran fine before. I was just trying to get it to pass smog. Now, when I start the car the R.P.M.s keep going up and down. I keep thinking maybe there is a vac hose off or something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
