Sick and tired of missing.

Hey guys, my second car, a 1987 CRX Si with an 88 DOHC ZC in it is being an asshole, the shifter is so god damn loose, when i shift the shifter just goes right back to the center position and sometimes makes it damn hard to shift, also have a bit of play shifting into 3'rd and i need to pull on it pretty hard to get into 4'rth....missed a shift today and got really pissed. any suggestions? anyone know off hand what i need to do?

id check your bushings first and if they are bad replace them and if that doesn't work then id see if something in the shift linkage is bad/bent if that isn't it then im clueless what it is

Re: Sick and tired of missing.

I agree.

An Energy suspension shifter bushing kit is only about $15. I'd start there.
