Electircal Problem? Dash Radio Flicker

The ABS and Brake light came on today, the milage and radio lights flickered, then the battery light came on. Turned on my headlights and there was a thunk and the car slowed then normal again. (normal drive lights still flickered and warning lights still on.)

Battery is new and was replaced because it went dead. Im wondering if I have a short some where?

Great board by the way!

Did you resolve this problem? If so, what was the fix? I am having exactly the same thing happening to my 2001 Sebring LXi shortly after replacing the original battery. Dealership is not having any luck finding the problem. Thanks for any help you can give me.
