1990 525i plugs

hey i was wondering if my plugs on my 525i would cause the check engine light to come on while idling but as soon as i hit the gas it goes off. also im wondering if someone could tell me the plug order because im going to change the plugs today anyways i think the order they are in is screwed up because i hear the starter kick back when i start the car.
