92 Euro power sterring
Hello, is there anybody out there that can help? I recently replaced the high pressure power sterring line. After a few days I am getting some power streeing squeal as if it were low on fluid. The power steering fluid appears to be foaming or frothing, were did I go wrong.
I would appreciate any help. Thanks, Ben |

Re: 92 Euro power sterring
Let the car sit until the foam is gone. Check the fluid level, and add as needed. Check it again, perhaps several times over the next few days.
Not uncommon for a PS system to have trapped air after performing service work. The air will bleed out on it's own, eventually, but you have to add fluid to replace the volume of air that you're purging.

To bleed it quicker, all you have to do is s-l-o-w-l-y turn the wheel all the way to the left, then all the way to the right, then back to center. Shut the car off and let the bubbles in the fluid settle. Start the car, add fluid, and repeat until fluid stops foaming and your done.
