95 Tahoe Wheel Hop/Bounce

My 95 Tahoe 4WD (152K miles) has a wheel hop/bounce above 50 mph. I have replaced the shocks with Bilstiens, bearing hubs, rotors, brakes, idler and pitman arms, had the tires road force balanced, front diff, driveshaft and CVs checked. Ball joints, bushings and other front end components are said to be tight and okay by 3 different shops. Catch is, these 3 shops also say they can feel the bounce and it is definitly in the front. The bounce is relatively minor at 50-55 but increses up to around 75-80 but doesn't get any worse past that. When I hook up my boat (~100 lb tongue weight) it really bounces bad at around 65-70. I'm at a loss and thought you guys might be able to help. I've been fixing some minor issues on the truck as it is in great shape, mechanical and cosmetic, and can't afford to replace it but this is driving me nuts. I'm into this now for almost 15 hundred $ doing a lot of work myself but can't seem to remedy the issue.

Did you check out the torsion bars, perhaps it has to do with a component of this system being loose, damaged or deformed? Try messing around with the setting (i.e. letting the front all the way down) to see what effect that has.
