97 Deville blower won't work, ideas?

Hi,
I have a '97 Deville and the blower motor does not work- most of the time. Occasionally, it will work, but lately it seems not to work anymore at all. It appears from the info in this forum that the blower control module might be bad. Does anyone know where this thing is on a '97 Deville?
